STANDARDS

  • No pull-ups or advanced gymnastics movements.

  • No weights above 60/40kg.

    The workouts will test all aspects of Crossfit on a modified level.

EVENT DETAILS

  • You can participate on Saturday (21/09/2019) or Sunday (22/09/2019). Both days will have the same workouts, so you can choose which day suits you best.

  • Both Saturday and Sunday will have their own winners.

  • No qualifiers! You can just register.
